Tele-Counselor / Customer Service

Job Requirements: We are seeking experienced Customer Service reps to answer inbound calls, provide information, qualify patients for appointments and maintain our computerized database. NO COLD CALLING! Candidates must have a professional demeanor and phone voice. Excellent communication and customer service skills and computer skills are essential. Health Care Call Center or clinical/medical field experience is a plus, but not necessary. Part-time hours and weekend only shifts are available as well as full-time.
