How often can I use the ICP?
ICP ED injections should not be used more than one time per 24-hour period and no more than 4 times per week.
Can I use the ICP with my other medications?
Your ICP medication should not be used with any medication used to treat Erectile Dysfunction, (Viagra, Cialis, Levitra). All other normal medications can be used as normal.
What do I do if my ICP medication does not work?
If your ICP fails to produce a good erection, contact our Patient Service Department at (800) 616-1526 to set up a free consultation. DO NOT TRY TO ADJUST YOUR MEDICATION YOURSELF.
What do I do if the erection does not go away?
A 100% erection lasting for more than 4 hours is a Priapism. If your erection is lasting more than 2 hours, follow the instruction on the, Instructions in Case of Priapism sheet. If the erection is lasting longer than 4 hours, and you have completed all the steps to reduce the erection, contact us at the phone numbers on your Priapism sheet.
I got a bruise after using my ICP medication. What do I do?
Bruising is something that we expect to happen at least once. It will go away in a few days. This will not prohibit you from using the ICP medication. To avoid bruising, remember to put pressure on the application site for at least one minute, longer if you take blood thinners or a daily regimen of aspirin.
My ICP medication got warm; Can I still use it?
Yes, If your ICP medication has been left out of the refrigerator for a period of time you can still try it. If it still works, Great! If it does not work, please contact our Patient Service Department at (800) 616-1526 for further instructions.
What is the shelf life of the medication?
It will vary with different formulations. But typically, 6 months if kept in the fridge or 12 months in the freezer. Each vial will have a BUD (Best Use by Date) on it. Do Not use your medication past that date.
