ED Treatment Overview
This overview summarizes three (3) levels of ED treatment available to you, from the least to the most potent.
1. First tier treatment includes the commonly prescribed ED pills such as Viagra or Cialis. This medication generally works well for about half of men and is appropriate for milder cases of ED. Most of our patients find these pills fairly ineffective or may have caused intolerable side-effects.
2. Second tier treatment is Erexafil™ & Bremetide™ Program. When combining these two treatments, success rates can increase.
Erexafil™ is a new pills combo that combines Viagra, Cialis, Apomorphine and Vitamin B12. While Viagra and Cialis work by increasing the blood flow to the penis, Apomorphine increases dopamine, a neurotransmitter in the brain that increases sexual desire and responses. Apomorphine is not morphine and does not cause addiction, and by itself, it is an ED medication. Vitamin B12 enhances neuro-stimulatory effects on sexual responses. This combination produces enhanced erections and is the most potent ED pills known, thanks to their synergistic effects.
Bremetide™ is a peptide that activates the hypothalamus in the central nervous system, eliciting a natural sexual response. Given subcutaneously, it induces erections in men, and increases sexual arousal and satisfaction in both men and women.
Combining Erexafil™ and Bremetide™ have helped men who do not respond to the common ED pills but are not ready to try injections.
This program costs $799. You will receive 20 pills of Erexafil™ and a vial of Bremetide™ for ~ 20 uses.
3. Third tier treatment is ICP (Intracavernosal Pharmacotherapy) also known as "ED shots"; “penile injections” or “trimix”. ICP generally has highest success rate of all ED treatments and can be used by any man, regardless of age or medical conditions.
ICP involves injecting a combination of vasodilators (papaverine, phentolamine, atropine and Prostaglandin E1) into the spongy tissue of the penis. This injection is surprisingly painless thanks to the use of an auto-applicator. Within a few minutes, ICP induces an erection that typically lasts between 30 to 60 minutes, regardless your mental status or the occurrence of ejaculation.
ICP is the most effective ED treatment available today and remains the “gold standard” therapy when all else has failed. It is particularly recommended for men who have cardiovascular risks such as diabetes, hypertension, heart diseases etc., or men who have certain debilitating conditions such as kidney or liver disease.
This program costs $899 and is the minimum setting-up cost to cover access to our telemedicine platform (for discount purposes), issuing of prescriptions (by the doctor), compounded medications sufficient for 20 applications (20 uses). Your package also includes an auto- applicator (for painless injection), and the reverse medication called phenylephedrine (in case you need to resolve a prolonged erection).
Most men however sign up for the standard 40 or 60 dose program for the huge price break. Essentially, after the first 20 dose program mentioned above, the second lot of 20 doses is priced at 67% off, and the third lot of 20 doses also at 67% off.

Adding Bremetide™: While ICP virtually ensures a complete and full erection, men in the middle-age and above may choose to add a peptide called Bremetide™ which is known to enhance the sexual arousal and satisfaction which are often lacking in this age group.
Premature Ejaculation (PE) Treatment Overview
A percentage of men who have ED tend to come prematurely. Treatment for ED, as described above, often improves the symptom of Premature Ejaculation.
In addition, our doctors can prescribe innovative oral mixtures that can address both conditions of Erectile Dysfunction and Premature Ejaculation.
One option is Tadexetine™, which is the combination of tadalafil, an ED medication, and paroxetine, an SSRI (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor). Another highly successful option is Prolomax™ which combines tadalafil and dapoxetine.
This program costs $500 for 30 pills or $700 for 50 pills, shipping included.
