April 24, 2018 by admin

If you have been suffering from erectile dysfunction, this can be a really big obstacle to overcome as a man because of its effects on your ego. There is help though, it has been proven that introducing omega 3 to your diet will help increase blood flow to your penis as well as lower high blood pressure. High blood pressure reduces erectile functionality.

Cold water fish, or pelagic fish, such as wild salmon, mackerel, and tuna are great sources of omega 3 . But, if you are not a fish lover you are going to have to eat a whole lot of fish in order to see results. If you do like fish and like eating it on a regular basis you have to worry about the risks that come along with eating a lot of fish. For instance, with the increased amount of pollution in waters where these fish are sought out their meat will most likely contain toxins such as mercury, pesticides and other pollutant factors, so you have to be careful with the amount of fish you ingest. There is a great compromise for those who do not like fish and those who just do not want to eat several times a weak to lower the risk of erectile dysfunction and that is fish oil.

A recent systematic review states “current data provides substantiated evidence in support of DHA being a beneficial bioactive compound for heart, cardiovascular and brain function”. *

DHA fish oil is a great way to increase your omega 3 fatty acid intake and thus help you with erectile function. Taking fish oil will help relax your arteries easing the way for blood to flow to your entire body without exception, including your penis. Depending on what stage you are in your life omega 3 fatty acids help keep sperm healthy, this can either be a good thing or a bad thing for you.

Taking preventative actions when it comes to erectile dysfunction is a must. Healthy habits with the addition of omega 3 fish oil will help reduce the risk of erectile dysfunction. It is because getting an erection involves the central nervous system, as well as stress factors, visual stimuli to the brain, and blood flow. Omega 3 helps reduce stress, strengthen the brain as well as the central nervous system and help blood circulation to the body, including the penis. High blood pressure will also increase your chances of an erectile dysfunction, omega 3 helps keep blood pressure in check, which is just another added bonus to ingesting fish oil and the prevention of erectile dysfunction.

Most of all, you should know when making your choices of food and dietary habits is that whatever is beneficial for your heart will also be great for your penis. A healthy heart is a good indicator of a functioning penis. So, unless you have been living under a rock lately, you should know that the benefits of omega 3 fatty acids on overall cardiovascular health are tremendous.
