Counselor / Sales Agent / Customer Support

About the Role

Boston Medical Group Telemedicine specializes in the treatment of Erectile Dysfunction for men and provides Medical Weight Loss Programs for both men and women. We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individuals with strong communication skills to help expand our call center in support of our Telemedicine platform.

Positions are available for Phone Counselors / Sales Agents / Customer Support representatives to provide patient education and close sales of various medical programs. Training will be provided.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound phone calls and texting
• Provide treatment information, place customer orders, process payment, and schedule appointments

Qualifications

• General computer skills and the ability to multi-task
• Good communication skills is essential
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
• Proficient sales and customer support experience
• Experience in the healthcare industry helpful but not required

We also have openings for Treatment Coordinators, who prepare patient charts and select treatment programs to submit to doctors for approval. Candidates must have some medical education/experience. Suitable candidates include Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Foreign Doctors, or retired doctors.
