ED Treatment Overview
Common ED Pills Not Working?
This overview summarizes three (3) levels of ED treatment available to you, from the least to the most potent.
1. First tier treatment includes these commonly prescribed ED pills but with an additional combo-ingredient dissolving (under the tongue) 'Troche' option. Common pills have less than 50% success rate and are appropriate for men who have mild ED. The 'Troche' option works faster with slightly higher efficacy. Most of our patients find the common pills ineffective or have caused intolerable side-effects.
2. Second tier treatment is the 'Troche' & Peptide Combo Program. ~80% success rate
Troche are new combo pills that combine a number of standard ingredients and Vitamin B12. This combination produces enhanced erections and is the most potent ED pills known, thanks to their synergistic effects.
Peptides activate the hypothalamus in the central nervous system, eliciting a natural sexual response. Given subcutaneously, it induces erections in men, and increases sexual arousal and satisfaction in both men and women.
Combining These Two have helped men who do not respond to the common ED pills but are not ready to try injections.

3. Third tier treatment is ICP (Intracavernosal Pharmacotherapy) also known as "ED shots". ICP has an over 98% success rate and can be used by any man, regardless of age or medical conditions.
ICP involves injecting a combination of vasodilators into the spongy tissue of the penis. This injection is surprisingly painless thanks to the use of an auto-applicator. Within a few minutes, ICP induces an erection that typically lasts between 30 to 60 minutes, regardless your mental status or the occurrence of ejaculation.
ICP is the most effective ED treatment available today and remains the “gold-standard” therapy when all else has failed. It is particularly recommended for men who have cardiovascular risks such as diabetes, hypertension, heart diseases etc., or men who have certain debilitating conditions such as kidney or liver disease.

Adding Peptides to ICP: While ICP virtually ensures a complete and full erection, men in the middle-age and older may choose to add a peptide which is known to enhance the sexual arousal and satisfaction which are often lacking in this age group.
Premature Ejaculation (PE) Treatment Overview
A percentage of men who have ED tend to release prematurely. Treatment for ED, as described above, often improves the symptom of Premature Ejaculation.
