Telemedicine Onboarding Process
Congratulations on your decision to seek treatment through our telemedicine platform.
Please review the following information to understand the steps involved in your onboarding process. Upon completion of these steps, you will be officially registered and onboarded. Future prescription renewals will become simpler and faster.
Step 1: Review Treatment Information
Carefully review all information sent to you by your counselors regarding your specific treatment(s). Do not hesitate to request clarification if you have any questions.
If you are signing up for ICP, make sure you fully review the documents titled “What You Need to Know About ICP Program” and “Instructions in case of a Priapism”
Step 2: Complete Questionnaires
Answer the questionnaires sent to you via text or email. Please provide as much detailed information as possible prior to your appointment with the Treatment Coordinator. The more descriptive and detailed information you can provide, the better the understanding of your condition and the more accurate the treatment formula can be. For instance, avoid stating, “I experienced ED after my prostate surgery,” as the doctors will not be able to guess the exact date of the procedure.
Include a comprehensive list of medications you are currently taking on a regular basis, including the name and dosage of each drug.
Step 3: Appointment with Treatment Coordinator
Your counselor will schedule a 10-minute appointment with the Treatment Coordinator. The Treatment Coordinator is a member of the medical team who is well-versed in various treatment options. They will review your responses to the questionnaires and onboard you to the telemedicine platform.
Step 4: Appointment with Telemedicine Doctor
Following the onboarding process, the Treatment Coordinator will schedule a 5 to 10-minute appointment with the telemedicine doctor to approve and process your prescription.
You will receive an email from info@beyondmd.com confirming the appointment. At the scheduled time, dial 800 311 5619 and select option 1 to proceed. They may also call you within that approximate time.
Required Documents:
- Current driver’s license or state-issued identification
- Proof of Address (POA) if your shipping address differs from your ID
For regulatory compliance, medical professionals and pharmacies must be able to identify you and your shipping address. Proof of address can be your car registration, insurance bill, utility bill, or any other document that bears your name and the shipping address. Rest assured that your privacy is protected by law, and these requirements are HIPAA compliant and are necessary to fulfill your prescription.
Step 5: Filling of your first prescription
Upon completing the doctor’s appointment, your prescription is submitted to a reputable third-party compounding pharmacy within 24 hours. This pharmacy typically fills your prescription within 3-5 days and ships it directly to you via next-day delivery services.
Please inform us if you have not received your shipment over a week since completing the appointment with the doctors. We will contact the pharmacy and keep you updated. Due to certain demands or shortages, certain medications may take longer than usual to fill.
If you are expecting an auto-applicator (for first-time ICP users), it will be delivered separately from the medication.
Step 6: Refill of your prescription
Future prescription can only be refilled by contacting our telemedicine platform at:
